Recommended Care: Wool rugs should only be cleaned with products designed specifically for wool. Shedding is natural and occurs primarily in the first three to six months; regular vacuuming will reduce shedding over time.

2. Tariff Fees

Standard (Sea): We cover the tariff fees for you—no extra charge.
Express Shipping: You’ll be sponsible for shipping and any customs/tariff fees.

3. Default Option (Sea Freight)

If you don’t request express, we’ll ship by sea after confirming with you.
Sea shipping time: 35–45 days.

Returns & Refunds
