The Divya Hall Chest is built using sustainably sourced materials, including bone and wood, and is finished with resin and a clear lacquer for protection. The finishes are applied by hand to enhance the natural materials and ensure each piece is unique.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Update (U.S. & Canada)
Due to recent changes in international shipping rules, here’s what you need to know:

1. Standard Shipping (Sea Freight)

Starting April 15, we’ll ship all orders by sea.
Delivery time: 15–25 days.
If you need it faster, let us know—we can arrange express shipping (extra fees and possible tariffs apply).

2. Tariff Fees

Standard (Sea): We cover the tariff fees for you—no extra charge.
Express Shipping: You’ll be sponsible for shipping and any customs/tariff fees.

3. Default Option (Sea Freight)

If you don’t request express, we’ll ship by sea after confirming with you.
Sea shipping time: 35–45 days.

Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we get the item back and inspect it, your refund will be processed in 10 business days to the original payment method.
