Recommended for medium-traffic areas. Medium-traffic rugs are best-suited for areas such as dining rooms and home offices, which may see a moderate amount of daily traffic.
Handcrafted rugs may vary in design, color, pattern, size, and weight; adding character to each piece and making it truly unique.
Our rugs are custom-made, and returns are not permitted unless there are quality issues with the product itself. Since they are handcrafted, please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for processing before your order is shipped.

Due to recent changes in international shipping rules, here’s what you need to know:

1. Standard Shipping (Sea Freight)

Starting April 15, we’ll ship all orders by sea.
Delivery time: 15–25 days.
If you need it faster, let us know—we can arrange express shipping (extra fees and possible tariffs apply).

2. Tariff Fees

Standard (Sea): We cover the tariff fees for you—no extra charge.
Express Shipping: You’ll be sponsible for shipping and any customs/tariff fees.

3. Default Option (Sea Freight)

If you don’t request express, we’ll ship by sea after confirming with you.
Sea shipping time: 35–45 days.

Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we get the item back and inspect it, your refund will be processed in 10 business days to the original payment method.
