Deeply grained Mexican oak, from trees both reclaimed and sustainably harvested, is hand-lacquered by our artisan partners to highlight its every organic imperfection. Soon after, it’s joined with naturally oxidized steel, equal in character and distinction, to create the remarkable pieces of our Telluride Collection.

Shipping Update (U.S. & Canada)
Due to recent changes in international shipping rules, here’s what you need to know:

1. Standard Shipping (Sea Freight)

Starting April 15, we’ll ship all orders by sea.
Delivery time: 15–25 days.
If you need it faster, let us know—we can arrange express shipping (extra fees and possible tariffs apply).

2. Tariff Fees

Standard (Sea): We cover the tariff fees for you—no extra charge.
Express Shipping: You’ll be sponsible for shipping and any customs/tariff fees.

3. Default Option (Sea Freight)

If you don’t request express, we’ll ship by sea after confirming with you.
Sea shipping time: 35–45 days.

Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we get the item back and inspect it, your refund will be processed in 10 business days to the original payment method.
